Fiat had one of the more fashion-forward reveals at the 2024 Los Angeles Auto Show.

On the show floor at the LA Convention Center Thursday, the Italian brand dropped its newest version of its small EV. The 2025 Giorgio Armani Collector’s Edition is collaborative project between the iconic Italian fashion designer and the Italian carmaker based in Turin, Italy. Fiat has worked with designers and stylists like Bulgari previously for other speciality versions of the 500e.

On stage, head of Fiat North America Aamir Ahmed described the design of the newest 500e as “bespoke” and “monochromatic.” The Armani collab will offer two new color options influenced by the Armani aesthetic: a signature green and ceramic Greige (which is a blend of gray and beige).

Behind the car’s on-stage appearance, a screen flashed, “Don’t Drive It. Wear It.”

Inside and on the wheels, details like Armani’s signature and initials are placed throughout the vehicle, including on the front-seat headrests and on the dashboard. The dash is laser-cut which gives it a woodgrain appearance.

The four-seater (the 500e is a two-door) features Chevron stitching and 3D patterns on the seats in the spirit of traditional tailoring from a major fashion house.

The 500e has a 42 kWh battery with 150-mile range and a single motor. It gets 117 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. It goes from zero-to-30 mph in under 3 seconds. Remember this is the lightest EV available at under 3,000 pounds. Ahmed said it’s intended to be an urban vehicle for light commuting within a city. He added the battery takes you only 150 miles on a single charge “while taking you somewhere emotional at the same time.”

The newest Collector’s Edition will be available in the beginning of 2025. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but the 2024 Fiat EV starts at $32,500, not including a $1,595 destination fee.

The 500e was part of parent company Stellantis’ presentation about it’s different brands’ electric offerings, including the new Dodge Charger Daytona electric muscle car, Ram REV truck and the all-electric Jeep Wagoneer S.

The LA Auto Show runs Friday through Dec. 1 at the LA Convention Center. The 500e Giorgio Armani Collector’s Edition will be on view at the Fiat display.
